An 11-year-old boy catches a butterfly and pulls out its wings and then kills it. His father tell him:
“As punishment, you can’t have butter for two weeks.”
The next day, the son catches a honeybee and drives a needle through it’s tiny heart. His father tells him,
“As punishment, you can’t have honey for two weeks.“
That night, his mother steps on a cockroach and squishes it dead. The son asks his father,
“Do you tell her should or should I?”
